HeatCube
OhmEx develops mobile electric process heaters for applications with time or space constraints.
The entire heater system is installed in a container. Plug and play for the customer! Simply connect the power supply and process connections and the system is ready for operation.
The HeatCube is a mobile unit that is fully equipped and TÜV-tested to ensure customer processes. This can be useful, for example, in the event of a failure, during heat retention processes, during conversion work or due to local conditions. Applications include the chemical industry, the food industry and power stations for feed water heat retention.
This containerised system has a modular design, allowing electrical outputs from 0.25 MW to 1 MW. If a higher output is required, the systems can be connected in series until the required output is achieved.
Equipment (standard):
1 x 20-foot container with cooling (variable)
1 x electric process heater 250 to 1000 kW / 400 V (up to 690 V possible) for water
1 x circulation pump
1 x electrical switch and control cabinet with communication connection for remote operation
1 x measurement and control technology
All hydraulic and electrical connections are routed to the outside.
