Control cabinet for electric heaters form the central control and safety interface of modern process heating applications. They reliably distribute, regulate and monitor electrical power and ensure the safe, efficient and standard-compliant operation of electric heaters. Through the precise coordination of power switching, control technology and protective functions, they enable exact temperature control and high operational safety – both in new plants and when retrofitting existing systems.
Our electrical switch gear is manufactured in accordance with customer-specific requirements and corresponding specifications.
For worldwide use, the switchgear is designed and manufactured in accordance with the applicable European IEC standards.
We deliver designs, manufacture, certify and label our products in accordance with the following standards:
- DIN / VDE
- IEC
- UL 508A / UL 698A (North America)
- CSA C22.2 No. 286 (Canada)
We offer a full range of services, from engineering and circuit diagram creation to programming the selected software and switch cabinet construction. Commissioning of the complete system and maintenance contracts are also part of our scope of supply. We use EPLAN for the planning and design of electrical switchgear.
The selection of hardware is a decisive quality requirement. We attach great importance to the worldwide availability of individual devices. For this reason, switchgear from our company is equipped with products from Siemens, Eaton, Rittal, Schneider Electric or Rockwell as standard.
Individual solutions are of course also possible in consultation.
