You can usually use our website without providing any personal information. 2. What personal data do we collect?
When you visit our website, different types of personal data are processed depending on how you use the site.
a) Data collected automatically when visiting the website
When you visit the website for informational purposes only (without actively contacting us), our web server automatically collects the following data and stores it in log files:
IP address (truncated or anonymized, if possible)
- Date and time of access
- Pages or files accessed
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)

3. Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany).
The data mentioned in point 2 is processed as part of the hosting service.
Our external service provider has been bound by a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Recipients of the data
Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if:
- this is permitted or required by law
- you have given your consent
- this is necessary for the execution of a contract
- we use service providers within the scope of order processing
5. Storage period
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or for as long as statutory retention periods exist.
Once the purpose for processing no longer applies or statutory periods have expired, the data will be deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- access (Art. 15 GDPR): you can request information about your stored data.
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): you can have incorrect data corrected.
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): you can have your data deleted under certain conditions.

- objection (Art. 21 GDPR): you can object to the processing of your data.
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): you can request that we transfer your data to you or another controller.

7. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Transfer to third countries (recommended addition)
If services from providers whose servers are located outside the European Union (e.g., Google) are used, the transfer of personal data to so-called third countries (in particular the USA) cannot be ruled out.
The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, or unauthorized access.
